Digital Course Access
Cloud Crust provides online Continuing Education (CE) courses that are delivered digitally. Once payment is successfully processed, customers receive immediate access to course materials.
Final Sale Policy
Because our CE courses are digital products and access is granted instantly, all purchases are considered final. No refunds will be issued once a course has been accessed, opened, or started, including reading materials, videos, or assessments.
Limited Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered within 24 hours of purchase only under the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate or accidental multiple charges for the same course
- Technical issues that completely prevent access and cannot be resolved by our support team
- Billing or system errors caused directly by Cloud Crust or our payment processor
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, failure to complete the course, failure to pass quizzes or exams, lack of time, device or internet compatibility issues, or failure to meet state or licensing board CE requirements. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the selected course meets their licensing needs.
Course Usage & Transfer
All courses are non-transferable and are intended for use by the original purchaser only. Sharing course access or login credentials is strictly prohibited.
Policy Acceptance
By completing a purchase through Cloud Crust, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
